With stock futures rallying on what’s being reported as a likely & imminent end to the gov’t shutdown, QQQ (Nasdaq 100 ETF) still remains below both the primary & secondary trendlines on today’s pre-market bounce, with the recent sell signals still intact, although watching to see if SOXX regains or remains below its primary uptrend line at the close today (unless we happen to get an large intraday reversal/drop) before adding or subtracting any short exposure on the $NDX.
