Despite the knock-down in the Nasdaq 100 futures last night in response to the latest trade war rhetoric, it simply accelerated yesterday’s reaction/pullback off the strong rally into the intersecting downtrend line + 6644 price resistance without (at least as of yet) inflicting any technical damage to the near-term bullish case. My primary (green) & alternative (gold) scenarios would have /NQ reversing off S1 or S2 while going on to breakout above the downtrend line & R2 resistance levels while a solid break & 60-min close below S2 would start to inflict some technical damage & could lead to more downside. 60-minute chart of /NQ below:
