QQQ preferred bounce target hit although /NQ is still just shy of its comparable preferred bounce target with my max.. bounce target (and top of my scale-in zone for scaling back into shorts) for QQQ is this line. Previous & updated 60-minute charts below.

 

Likewise, /NQ is approaching preferred bounce target with QQQ just hitting its comparable preferred bounce target. Closing full long bounce position here, reversing to partial/starter short swing position. Previous & updated 60-minute charts below.

My plan is to close out all longs taken off yesterday’s lows (after reversing from being short) here (done) while only taking a relatively small starter position which I may add one more lot before AAPL reports today (at or just below those max. bounce target levels), then waiting to see how things look after Apple reports later today & possibly into tomorrow’s regular session before deciding if & where to add to those index shorts or whether to pull the plug (close out the starter position).
