RightSideOfTheChart.com has been experiencing some technical issues as a result of the website being migrated to a new more powerful web server in order to handle the increased site traffic as a result of the recent market volatility.
The issue where dozens of email notifications from old home page post were sent out between 2-3 am EST last night was due to attempt to re-migrate the database of the website due to a small window between Sunday evening and mid-day Monday where all new content on the site was not imported over on the first migration. The software that triggers the emails on new posts to be sent had erroneously recognized those older posts as new posts as the files were being re-imported on the new server.
Some of the new membership accounts recently opened are unable to log into the site & we are aware of this issue & currently working to have it resolved. While we do not have a firm ETA on when the log in issue for those new subscribers will be resolved, it will likely be within the next several hours.
The issue with the new post notifications has been restored. If you are a Silver or Gold member and you have not been receiving email notifications when a new front page post is published, please check your spam/junk folders and use the contact form on the RSOTC Support Center (located under ‘Resouces’ at the top menu of the site) to let us know.
It is possible that the site may experience a few more hiccups while the developers work on the site over the next day or so. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
