kalimn- thx for pointing out the semi’s fake-out.  unless anything has changed in the last few yrs, i used to follow these two semiconductor chip equipment makers as canaries for the semi stocks.  they make the machines that make the chips.  when demand for semis first starts to show, the chip makers (INTC, TXN, etc…) start ordering equipment from AMAT, KLAC, etc..  i really haven’t followed them for a couple of yrs now so not sure if they are still a good “tell” but notice how bad AMAT has lagged behind the $SOX and KLAC is on the verge of a potential break-down.  i’m actually going to set an alert for that one, thx for the reminder.
