  1. How Long We Retain Your Data

When you register for a free trial period and/or subscribe to our premium services, any personally identifying information that you provide such as your name & email address, is retained until you have cancelled any subscription and (if) you tell us to remove it although it is generally our policy to delete all information associated with any registered user accounts that have not been an active (paying) subscriber for more than one year.

We use this data so that we can recognize you, approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation as well as to have the ability to contact you in certain instances such sending billing invoices to paid subscribers, password reset links, notifications of any violations of the Term & Agreement of the site & any other reason that we might need to contact our paid subscribers.
