It is a common myth that a snake can live for a long while after it’s head is cut off. In reality, it is only nerve reflexes that make it appear that the snake is still alive for quite some time. On a related note, here’s the updated daily chart of AAPL (last) along with a string of previously posted daily charts. As you can see, AAPL is now clearly inside of that large thin zone that I’ve discussed in the past while it makes a new 52-week low with key support now comfortably in the rear view mirror. The question now becomes how long can the body broad market continue to exhibit signs of life now that it has been decapitated?
