SHOCKER: AAPL blew earnings out of the water! (ok, like anyone is surprised). fwiw, here’s a 3 year chart showing how AAPL has almost always traded significantly lower, usually within just a couple of weeks, sometimes days, after the big earnings beat. keep in mind, this chart covers the bull market since off the march ’09. leading up to and during the prior bear market were some even deeper post-earnings sell-offs. this chart will probably have to be scrolled across on smaller monitors.
