I am still holding UNG basded on that call and the fact that NG is holding 1.87 area.
UNG tends to move before/after NG so lets see.
For example NG hit 1.92 overnight and pulled back to open above yesterdays high whereas UNG opened BELOW yesterdays high.
Know the ETF AND the commodity.

It depends on which price target level you are shooting for. Pick your target price and figure out the percentage gained; divide by 3. Use that percent to figure out your stop for a 3:1 profit to loss ratio. Or alter to fit an alternate profit and loss ratio.

I believe that UCO & SCO track WTIC (West Texas Intermediate Crude), not Brent Crude.

I think the odds for a reaction & maybe even a tradable correction off the initial tag of 1.964, assuming /NG gets there soon, is likely. However, the case for a much larger rally can be made off the longer-term chart of nat gas which I’ll post later today.
