Nothing more bearish then a failed breakout. Also I think traders are expecting the Fed to pump the markets at the wednesday meeting but how much talk about “inf spending” and “what ever it takes” can they keep repeating? The Fed needs congress to pass a stimulus bill and if they keep pumping up the markets they will not have as much pressure to pass it.

Looks like its starting to break down…
