Yes, I believe that the intermediate & longer-term outlook for wheat as well as corn remains bullish. My suggestion to close out JJG now or soon was primarily due to the fact that it will soon be delisted with its replacement, JJGB, already trading.

Charting this ETN, which is comprised of 3 different commodities, will be more difficult for a while as JJG, which has the price history to work off of when charting, will stop trading soon (or will trade in the OTC market after being delisted) and its replacement, JJGB, doesn’t have nor will it have enough price history to chart for a least several months, possibly longer.

As such, I’ll have to use a combination of the chart of wheat, corn & soybean futures if I decide to trade JJGB anytime soon. For now, I still own several ag commodities across most of my long-term accounts as many appear to potentially be in the early stages of a new bull market with more upside to come in 2018 & possibly beyond.
