It’s all about supply and demand.
I’m on the side line right now, waiting that 130 (short) or 140 (long) is taken out.
We can chop around for a couple of days (or weeks) and form a bull flag.

Awesome. Glad to hear that. I’m open to & leaning towards the possibility of a tradable correction in coffee over the next couple of weeks or so but very much aware from past experience that coffee could burn through those divergences & continue to extend the overbought conditions for a while so I won’t stay too late for the party (correction) if we do get one soon. For any short/pullback trades, a stop above Monday’s highs would make sense IMO.

Thanks for sharing. There have been a lot of big global events in recent years that “could have” or “should have” shaken the US markets but didn’t. Not that this one can’t or won’t if that situation continues to deteriorate but we’ll just have to let the charts, not the headlines, dictate our positioning.

There have been multiple reports of bank runs in china over the past few months. I dont think it will have any effect on the markets. The chinese government has total control over the media and the monetary system. They will bail out any bank if necessary. Inflation numbers for china are already on the rise though.
