If I recall correctly, this January saw the largest number of announced share buyback plans by US corporations on record. I think that, plus the extreme spike in bearish sentiment, including the P/C ratio, will help to mitigate any more downside in the markets, at least for the near-term, as companies start buying back shares while their prices are down 10%+.
Thx for sharing the info on BGS. Still on watch for as a potential official trade idea.
