Wanted to verify if there is still Bullish Divergence in Hourly and 15 min in QQQ and NQ futures in your charts?

In TOS, the divergences are burned in 15 minutes and still in tact in hourly!

It looks like those have topped. Fed funds has probably also. The Fed will be cutting aggresively before year end.
