RIOT coming off the 4.28 support level with positive (bullish) divergences & should run hard if Bitcoin can get a half-decent rally going soon. I don't have a good read or much of an opinion on the $VIX other than I expect more downside in the coming days to weeks (inline with my expectation for more upside in the stock market) but here's my chart with some levels.

The short trade hit the final (max.) downside target (primary uptrend line & 21ish support) on Friday so that trade is closed. However, there are some nice positive divergences building on the /NG 60-minute chart so while nat gas is in a strong downtrend, aggressive traders might opt to game a quick counter-trend bounce, somewhere along these lines (/NG 60-minute chart). Otherwise, best to stand aside for now & wait for the next clearly bullish or bearish setup in nat gas with a nice R/R.

Nah, there was still some more meat to be stripped off the bone when you posted this on Friday (just reading the comments now) but closed my /NQ longs & reversed to short this morning on the Sunday evening & Monday pre-market rally into resistance to try and game a quick pullback trade: https://rightsideofthechart.com/nq-qqq-rally-into-resistance-pullback-targets/

Keeping relatively tight stops on the short as there are still decent, if only slightly less favorable odds that /NQ can power thru if the buyers step in at the opening bell today & make that final (near-term) run up to the QQQ 305 & /NQ 12450 targets. If so, will reverse (or short, if not already long) just shy of those levels.

I kind of see the 50-50 scenario here as well. We could have a short squeeze go further against this strong trend move. As they do usually end impulsively to break other highs and get more money to fall further... But the trend energy is very strong and if this is just a pull back in a strongly trending market we are within about 1/2 -1 % of a really good sell signal for trend continuation... stay nimble.

The NG/ung trading this week was confusing for me Randy. on 6.21 we were taking profits and reversing. Today the final target is the trend line and you were short into it?

We're looking at end of month re-balancing that should favor stocks, and we have a large amount of puts expiring Friday. I think we continue to squeeze higher next week. Why do you expect stocks to drop next week?
