I should add, yet another reason why I mostly trade options and futures. (options in IRAs and futures in cash accounts). I like Randy's idea to use futures where possible for the better tax treatment and the opportunity to hit limits sale orders or make adjustments during the night.

Just as an aside, most commodity exchange trades (funds/notes/partnerships) are indeed partnerships and issue K-1's. I hate getting K1s or more aptly, not getting them so I either have to hold-off on submitting my taxes or file for an extension (USO and UGA, I'm talking about you!). Anyway, you can do a quick check here: https://etfdb.com/etf-tax-efficiency/etf-tax-tutorial-complete-list-of-etfs-that-issue-a-k-1/
BTW, WEAT issues a K1.

I wouldn't use the term "real high" confidence, mainly because I've seen several clean breakouts following divergent lows in several of the ag commodities this year & last year that only panned out for a relatively small rally, falling well shy of the measured or expected target, followed by another leg down to new lows. As such, I would definitely not overweight a position in WEAT & if anything, underweight it or take a starter position here which you can add to if the charts & longer-term bullish case continue to firm up.
