Best of luck on the trade. OSCR made an intraday spike above the 200-day SMA today but fell right back down to it & currently testing it from below now. You can see on the chart in this post how the 200-SMA (blue line) has acted as support & resistance from above & below recently. As such, a solid daily close above the 200-SMA should open the door to T1.
