I'll take a look at URA & the individual uranium stocks asap & LYK if I see anything that stands out. They've fallen off my radar lately but I appreciate the bump. I will say that LIT & some of the individual lithium stocks look better then URA at quick glance.

No, it did not offer an "objective" entry, long or short, prior to earnings IMO & I stated as such: https://youtu.be/TmoFSj0ZELg?si=6QBLLZUBjZQrbkbg&t=2404

TSLA was a crap-shoot (a pure gamble) heading into earnings, IMO, as the near-term direction wasn't clearly bullish or bearish. I didn't have an opinion on where it was headed before they reported but I do now that they have: https://youtu.be/z2pCiF_tbfI?si=-nIWmboGyosqzhUn&t=18

By all means, pass on trades (or take the other side) that don't mesh with your outlook or trading style. This is simply a mechanical trade: Shorting an overbought rally into significant resistance with a relatively tight stop above.

In addition to backtesting the uptrend line on the 60m chart from below, TSLA is also testing this more significant downtrend line on the daily chart from below as well, thereby providing an objective short entry with a stop somewhat above. As with any trade, it either pans out or not but if it does start to pan out & I see additional supporting (bearish) evidence from the Nasdaq 100 & rest of the Mag 7 stocks, I will likely add additional price targets based on a rejection off this new (purple) primary downtrend line on the daily chart below.

Why are you calling for a short on TSLA?

Daily chart - RSI pointed straight up (bullish), PPO pointed up with a green crossover (bullish), price action just broke above resistance like it was not even there (bullish). Price is up 20% on the day (bullish). Before the earnings gap up the RSI was near oversold level of 38 (arguable a little bullish).

Hourly chart - RSI is overbought (kind of bearish IMHO) but it's still pointed up although going sideways now. PPO still pointed up and has not turned back down yet.

Sometimes these short calls come off a little biased although I think that's because they're called out way too early.

Why not call out the objective short opportunity entry @ around $266?
