To me it has more of a look of a broken descending triangle with a retest and rejection so far. Remember the Fed is still pumping in $500bn a day in repo operations after months to keep the negative equity, MBS and bonds afloat.

From what I&#039;ve noticed, positive divergence only tends to work when companies stay solvent, I&#039;ve followed a few where the positive divergence doesn&#039;t play out because the share prices are down for a reason ie they&#039;re bust. Hence, I agree Randy quite wise to be cautious on WFC. Something is not right, fundamentally banks are going to be unable to make any money in this environment, zero rates forever and probably a wave of insolvencies in various sectors very close.

Unicredit Italy&#039;s largest bank could easily blow up the entire system in the same vein as Lehman in 08.]]></description>
