In the past, I have closely monitored the junk bond market (JNK, HYG, and Treasury/Hi-Yield credit spreads) but the Fed invoked emergency powers to allow them to directly manipulate the corp bond market during the March meltdown, particularly the junk & near-junk bond market, which has completely destroyed the natural mechanism of price discovery. As such, I'll glance junk bond ETFs & credit spreads but I try not to read too much into what the charts are saying since the Fed can & will up their purchases (support) of low-grade bonds whenever they see fit. Worth watching that triangle though & it meshes with the apexes that the various maturity Treasuries are approaching as well so a big move likely coming soon. Thx for pointing it out.

/GC (gold futures) at resistance while overbought on this 60-minute time frame. Stock market triggered a sell signal via impulsive breakdowns on all the index ETFs & futures shortly after the video was posted so unless that proves to be one major whipsaw (false) sell signal, I would expect the US Dollar to start rallying soon if today's sell signals play out for a decent correction in the coming days to weeks. If so, $USD up should put pressure on the precious metals & miners. 1 hr & 20-mins left in today's trading session so the bulls need to step in & do a lot of buying into the close for a stick save while the bears need to a solid red close today to finalize the big bearish engulfing candlesticks that have (so far) formed on the daily charts of the major stock indices.
BTW- I intentionally didn't cover gold in the video as it doesn't do as good a job at providing confirmation of a sell signal on the stock market as Treasuries and to a lesser extent, the Dollar. Sometimes gold will rally during stock market corrections as a flight-to-safety vehicle & other times gold gets sold down right along with the stock market due to forced margin-call selling.

Randy was wondering if you follow the chart for TLT:JNK, looks like it is coming to a triangle apex and is about to break out or break down. Supposedly if it breaks out that means buy TLT. ANy thoughts?
