G-luck Ruben & congrats on booking what sounds like booking some very nice gains on AAPL. I hope that your profit taking proves timely. Although I personally wasn't long AAPL recently, I did just close a full position for a family member that had some very nice embedded gains. Trading & investing is all about the risk-to-reward on a position & from my take on the charts of AAPL coupled with the fact that it is the largest component of both the Nasdaq 100 as well as the S&P 500, it is only logical to assuming that despite the underlying fundamentals, AAPL is most likely to come under forced selling if/when the broad market corrects.
While my timing on that call (for the correction to begin this week & more specifically today) may or may not prove correct, I do feel quite confident that next 8-10% move in the market, and AAPL, is much more likely to be to the downside vs. the upside from here. Again, best of luck & congrats on a nice trade in AAPL.
