I wasn’t aware of all of those issues but thx for sharing. I can’t speak to the fundamental case of GPRO & don’t doubt what you cite as being largely or exclusive the reason being the drop in GPRO but just keep in mind that the charts typically reflect fundamentals that are 6-9 months out & some cases, much further.
GPRO has already plunged over 90% from its ATH back in 2014 & about 87% off its 2015 highs so the question might not be so much “how bad is this drone debacle going to hurt the stock going forward” rather than; “is the worst case scenario already priced into the stock (and possibly then some)?”
I won’t even begin trying to sift through & keep up on the latest fundamental developments with the company & that shareholder lawsuit but will most certain watch the stock to see how it acts around this 9ish support level & how it follows through to the recent breakout & backtest of that 60-min bullish falling wedge pattern.
