My understanding is that the Tasty Trade platform, Tasyworks does a fantastic job beta weighting positions. Their entire model is based around empowering retail traders with knowledge of options and futures. Unfortunatley, I don't have access to it here in Canada, but all my friends in the US use it and love it.

Not sure. I've also come up with a beta adjustment figure based on how a particular security has been trading. Even if their is a source that provides it, my guess is that those figures might not be accurate & could even be off by quite a bit at times.

For example, a particular security might be consolidating within a range with low volatility for months or even years, thereby giving it a low beta. However, if it then made a powerful breakout from the range followed by a strong trend, one using the "old" beta would be exposing themselves to much more risk than expected.

Look at nat gas, for example. It have moved up & down 10% or more in a single day quite often so far this year with several bull & bear trends measuring well into the double-digits. As such, you can easily say that nat gas is about 4x or more volatile than the stock market (S&P 500), at least at this point in time.

Finally, you can add the ATR indicator to any security (average true range) and that should help with figuring out a current beta adjustment.
