This breakdown could prove to be a whipsaw if TLT snaps back above the trendline soon but as a now, it is a breakdown: TLT starting to crack below the minor uptrend line with the next sell signals to come on a solid close below it and/or below the 99.96ish support. 60-min chart with price targets shown at arrow breaks..

Best to either wait for a solid 60m close below the TL and/or only take a starter position here, adding if we get those additional sell signals mentioned above.
