Here are my daily & weekly charts of EQR. I don’t have a good read or opinion on where the stock is headed from here, as it is in what I call no-man’s land: smack between support & resistance with nothing that I can see in the charts that indicates where it goes next.

As you can see from these charts, EQR is a great stock to buy coming off divergent lows & divergent highs on both time frames. No need to post the monthly as it looks the same as the weekly chart as EQR has been trading in a big sideways trading range for the past 15 years. However, these charts are marked up with key support & resistance levels.

Sorry if I couldn’t be of more help but I never force an opinion on a chart if I don’t have a good read.

I have no thoughts on the copper tariffs other than tariffs on just about everything have been on & off lately.

From a technical perspective, CPER looks toppy as hell. No sell signals at this time but a break below that minor uptrend line or a nice candlestick reversal pattern would be a start…
