In reply to lalitb2288. INTC's recent loss (delay on the release of one of their latest chips) has been AMD's gain, from what I read, hence the big pop today. At this time, I can't make an objective case to short AMD as the stock just recently broke out above the key 51.14ish resistance although when we finally get some solid evidence that the semis have reversed trend, it should only be a matter of time before AMD gets dragged down with the rest of the lot. Here are my daily & weekly charts of AMD with some support levels that can serve as downside targets.
