Enjoy the holiday tomorrow. Come back on Wednesday. Today is a shortened market day. All the ”big” money folks are hanging out at their summer homes until Wednesday. And, the minions have likely been instructed to ”don’t let anything get out of hand.” So, I doubt we’ll see much of anything happen today. The trading day immediately before Independence Day does tend to be bullish. So, the S&P will likely end in the plus column. But, after Friday’s big up day, I’m not sure how much energy is left to help push things much higher. In fact, we now have negative divergence on all the indexes on all the daily, and just about all the intraday time frames. That may lead to some weakness later this week.
For today, though, I’ll be surprised if we’re more than a few points from unchanged by the time the closing bell rings.

The guy Eric muathe uses RSI etc… 2 months back his video says QQQ/SPY is either side ways or bullish based on his RSI analysis.

You make some good points here. I think Randy’s goal is to keep spitting out the same drivel over and over. Yes eventually current subscribers will age out and be gone. But there’s always new fresh meat for the grinder he needs to attract.
He’s just on auto-pilot now, creating videos with mumbo-jumbo TA which doesn’t work for an hour or 2 a day. Rest of time is spent planning vacations or being on vacations or the boat.

Isn’t it ironic that Randy believes that stocks should be going lower in a recessionary type of decline, suggesting that he believes the economy is on the verge of collapse, while he himself is able to afford numerous vacations? Forget about Randy. I think what Randy has done for all of us is made us realize that we must rely on our own analysis, or to at least get other opinions before allocating real hard earned money into the markets. I hope everyone here discontinues their subscriptions. This man does not deserve to be paid for his crap analysis. He spends so much time away from the market and depending on his extremely narrowly focused, simplistic TA, making him completely out of touch with what’s really going on. Do yourselves a favor and cancel your subscriptions.
