Thx but never high-five a trade until trade is closed & profits are booked. Trust me, that’s often the kiss of death. ;-)

As you can’t trade $VIX directly (only futures or options on the $VIX or various ETNs & ETFs that track the $VIX) I’ve been using VIXY (short-term VIX futures ETF) as the trade idea proxy. It has been a longer-term swing trade since right around the time it bottomed & my targets haven’t changed although we’ve had the opportunity to micro-manage that trade by booking profits (and/or reversing to short) as each of the first 2 targets (T1 & T2) were hit.

Most recently, I’ve shared a “scale-back-in” zone which VIXY briefly & relatively slightly dipped below but is back into now so that, coupled with the recent sell signal on QQQ, /NQ, SPY, /ES, /RTY, IWM, etc.. make it objective to start scaling into for those that don’t currently have a position.
