The last 2 times the U.S. credit rating was downgraded, it turned out to be a nonevent in the markets.
Everybody knows we can’t stop spending. That’s not big news.

In reply to rsotc. There will be a great reset one day. We will never pay back the debt. China and Japan know it. They really should not have loaned us the money. They knew we weren't good for it. The US has defaulted 2x already. First was during the continental congress and the second when they closed the gold window in 1971.
