Agreed & I have been watching them very closely & they are on my radar as potential longs. Basically, as I've highlighted on numerous occasions in recent months, we have unprecedented divergence between the stock market (at new ATH's) and the big payroll processors (ADP & PAYX), which historically tend to move in lock-step with the stock market.

Either that divergence is a massive red flag, showing a disconnect between what the gov't is reporting regarding the employment data vs. what's really going on, that divergence is purely caused by overblown fears that AI will somehow destroy or severely hamper their profitability going forward, or those stocks are poised for a massive repricing & mean reversion to close that unprecedent gap between their stock prices & the stock market (i.e- big outperforamnce over the major stock index ETFs in the coming months, especially if the economy & stock market holds up).

I'll try to cover them in the next video (today) as the charts of the ag input stock is somewhat of a mixed bag right now (as such, more efficient to cover them all in a video).

Some, like NTR, CF, & ICL, recently hit my final price targets. IPI just hit my 5th (T5) price target of 6 targets, pulled back from there & is currently testing uptrend line support, as is CTVA (although that one just put in a big divergent high), and CF has also pulled back to uptrend line support. Others look attractive as potential bottoming plays.

I can't recall if you've done a recent review of "Packaged Software" securities that fall within the "employee management" space. However, after combing through tons of securities, I'm seeing a pattern with this group.

Examples: PAYX, WDAY, ADP, TNET, PAYC, MAN

Most are at weekly support levels with positive divergence on the daily time frame. A few images attached.

Sure, although I really don't have a strong opinion on the longer-term outlook for DDOG. I can say that the stock trades well off divergent highs & divergent lows on both the daily & weekly time frames, obviously with the DH & DL's on the weekly chart providing the catalyst for the longer-term trend trades vs. the shorter-term swing trades on the daily chart.
I've included both, with key support & resistance levels below. DDOG put in a divergent low on the daily chart back in Feb & also hit & reversed off that long-term primary bull market uptrend line.
Basically, longer-term bullish as long as the stock remains above that primary uptrend line & bearish if/when it clearly breaks down below it.

$USD index at support with a buy signal to come on a break above this downtrend line. If so, gold & GDX will likely take the next leg down as the $USD rises.

GDX T1 was hit, followed by the typical reaction, so far, with GDX still testing the 101 resistance.
