Yep. Tons of low-priced (i.e.- junk) stocks exploding higher lately as the Robinhood/retail crowd associates low share price with value.

I can't make a hard case to short NVDA yet although that doesn't mean that it's not ready to roll over. The 50-day <abbr class='c2c-text-hover' title='An exponential moving average (EMA) is a type of moving average that is similar to a simple moving average, except that more weight is given to the latest data. This type of moving average reacts faster to recent price changes than a simple moving average. (source: investopedia.com)'>EMA</abbr> has acted as decent support in the past & that is just below right now. Need to see the majority of big semis and/or SOXX, XSD, & SMH start to roll over as the semis tend to move as a herd.

TSLA is pushing up towards the top of that post-spilt range/previous all-time highs so no resistance overhead once that level is taken out. BIG divergence building & guaranteed on the daily chart on any new high soon but divergences and/or overbought conditions aren't sell signals so we'll just have to sit patiently wait for one, then TSLA could prove to be a very lucrative short, especially if the SPX has a half-decent or better correction as well.

Thanks Randy. Could we have an update on TSLA if you get a chance?

Seems the call buyers are wagging the dog again. Guessing we wait for a topping reversal candle before shorting.

Interesting to note the inclusion of Yahoo and AOL to S&P 500 way back when came before the nail in the coffin.
