Correct, $VIX is basically flat today, so no change in the technical posture so far this week. Still above the uptrend line off the early 2024 lows & while it could end up dropping below it, if the market likes what the Big Techs stocks and/or Fed are selling this week, it also appears poised to explode higher, if it doesn’t.

Agreed & as I often say; Parabolic uptrend typically don’t end very well. Here’s my weekly chart of the $Nikkei, with a sell signal to come on a break below this steep ‘blow-off top’ uptrend line & my two price targets, assuming the sell signal comes soon.
