Given the resiliency of the current trend… more than usual although the case for more downside looks decent IMO & will look even better if both SPY & QQQ take out today’s lows soon. Also, 211.40ish on QQQ is probably the most important nearby support level that should open the door to more downside if taken out so we’ll have to see what next week brings since that problem won’t happen today.

So we had an impulsive breakdown of a trend line, then a backtest, then an impulsive rejection from the backtest. going along with your analogy of a judge trying to convict a defendant, how many checkmarks do we have for at least a correction of SPY to around 315? and how many more do we need?
