I’m no Randy, but there is a potential bullish flag developing on NQ, with a measured target of (~11580). This target coincides with resistance levels. Recommendation, watch for divergences to develop on 60 minute chart. Randy’s previous statement was shorting “with both fists” at 11700. The 11900 level was the last Fed Meeting move.

Fundamentally, I’m still overall bearish as long as the Fed does not directly mention QE. If he does, I can see a retest of 11900. In all other scenarios (pause or slowing of QT), I am maintaining short positions. Good luck.
