Whim? What you call a whim most seasoned veteran entrepreneurs call negotiations! Ronald Reagan famously said ask for what you want and take what you can get then come back later and ask for more! Oh, but the ideological Marxist press of his day was critical as well … I know because I was there.

In terms of the BLS and all the other swamp monster Generals appointed by the last few Marxist administrations, Trump’s moving too slow IMHO! He needs to clean house pronto! If he did, today’s bounce would flood into an exuberant continued Bull run!

Maybe calling him an idiot is a bit harsh, but there is no confusion about the impacts of Trumps actions in office.

Trying to bully the Fed is completely irresponsible. Having a flunky in that position will lead to a crackup boom. Maybe awesome for the stock market in the short term, but disastrous for us Americans and the rest of the world longer term.

Also, the BLS is trying to do the impossible. There will always be revisions and more so now that businesses can’t plan properly because the president changes the rules of the game (tariffs) on a whim.

These topics must be covered here because they move the world economy.

Monday’s are tough …. So much can happen over a weekend that can change the gap direction… I’m just curious at what level the bounce will top out and start back down again … maybe at the bottom of the trend line from the April low?
