What was the upper most range at which the bearish case would not be strong ?

I doubt this is relevant but here goes, I have been looking at the 1 hour RSI for /nq and /es (and since Wednesday of last week) and noticed a channel or wedge forming (I’m a bit new at this so I’m not sure). As of right now it seems to be peaking at overbought right around your target resistance levels of 7650 (/NQ). Just wondering if that means anything or if I’m seeing what I want to see.

We have a bearish indication on the weekly SPY chart. We broke support with a red candle below the rising wedge that started last December.

I already have plenty of shorts on the market. Is today a good day a to add hedges such as by shorting TLT?
