Hello Randy, long time follower finally joined the site. I’m looking at bitcoin on a macro level (weekly chart) and wanting to buy in on a TL bounce but was wondering when looking at a chart long term, what has more weighting a log scale or linear? Both line up different and the current price action is jiving with log scale and looking like a macro price compression into a continuation move but linear shows a different story. Thanks in advance!

Options are not my forte, as I prefer to trade individual stocks, ETFs, & futures. One of the reasons, among many, that I only trade options occasionally is for the very same issue you mention above, which especially holds true for all but the most liquid stocks (lack of liquidity, large spreads, difficult to manage stops, etc..)

There are quite a few members here that trade options & may have some suggestions for you so maybe someone else will chime in? Best of luck on the trade!

Helly Randy, I used call option (3/20 @ 10) to trade PBYI. How do I enter the stop order or trailing stop for option since the bid and ask prices for options are quite big? Thank you!

Sure. $VIX & TVIX actually still look ok from a technical perspective despite the fact that market made a run at new highs yesterday. That doesn't mean that TVIX won't continue lower & it most likely will IF the stock market continues much higher but for now (as of yesterday's close), $VIX is backtesting the recently broken trendline from above while TVIX is backtesting the recent breakout level (the breakout above the downtrend line). Which candle on which security & time frame? On most of the various time frames on my charts, I have the settings configured to color the candlestick based on the net change. Therefore, if the candlestick closes above the previous candlestick close it will be red, green if above.
Also, keep in mind as I'm recording a video, the current candles have not yet been finalized and can change color depending on how the close (e.g.- 60-min candles are finalized every hour, daily candles at the end of each day).
