A lot of the calculation is the months coming off when they are using the last 12 months. I believe the month coming off last year was an abnormally high month which will make this months reading look better, after that low numbers will be rolling off which will make the year over year look higher.

Meaning if inflation, or atleast the way they calculate, abates future rate hikes could be off the table. Or even rate cuts. With energy coming down that could cut these inflation numbers.
