It's more of a time-management thing for me. Annotating charts, composing the notes, trade parameters, & other considerations to make with each official trade idea & then making follow-up posts on those trades ... not to mention all my personally trading & trying to stay on top of questions from members on the site, etc.. has forced me to concentrate on sharing trade ideas on mostly the indexes, sectors, and commodities, all of which also offer futures contracts & ETFs/ETNs.
Add to that the fact that with the extreme volatility recently, all but the most experienced & nimble traders might be best sticking with sector & index ETF that provide lower risk (vs. individual stocks) via diversification among dozens or hundreds of individual stocks.
With that being said, I spend some time tonight looking for individual stock trade ideas and will continue to do so. I'll also share some of my top picks in the semiconductor sector & maybe add one or two as official trades as well.

And I thought it was the Fed or the Chinese. Thanks for the clarification. That totally makes sense, cuz sometimes the direction of the candles do not. Good trades to you.

Alright, now for everyone who is wondering about these high volume spikes towards the last minutes of each trading day. Here is the answer:
Mutual funds can only trade via a so called “Market-on-Close” Orders. These are executed as close towards the end of a trading day as possible, usually thats in the last 10-15min. This is big money managed by fund managers.

Anyone got a theory on this 3:50 action we have been seeing? I cant square the logic the last three sessions. Especially today, why buy into the resistance at the end of the session. Even that volume that could not prop up the close. From my verbage, you can guess my suspicion. All conspiracy theories are welcome.

And good stuff today Randy!! Did you say depression in this vid? Yes ya did.

Can't speak for Randy but I went with AMD short instead because I liked the charts more and high P/E. Might be foolish, or not, I'll find out.
