The way QQQ has gone up in a straight line all day with no pull-backs whatsoever smells of massive short-covering, which means to me that everyone gets too damn bearish on every pullback. The short-side gets overcrowded way too fast as the majority of traders have a bearish view on the market. Everyone wants to short overvalued tech stocks, which then just adds short-covering fuel to the wall-of-worry rally.

Amazon already up 5% today. Get ready for the 10% pop after earnings.
All the bottom 490 stocks in the S&P and the bottom 90 in the Nasdaq 100 can have bearish divergences and it won’t bring the market down if the top 10 trillion dollar megastocks keep going up 10-20-30%.
I also notice that the DOW, the S&P, and the QQQ are all well above their 200 day moving averages, as well as the the top 10 big names in the Q’s.
Smells like a bull market.
Gonna take a black swan from out of left field to drop the market.
Maybe if JP raised interest rates 2% next week. LOL
