Thursday&#039;s GDP certainly has the potential to move the market but as far as the market&#039;s &lt;abbr class=&#039;c2c-text-hover&#039; title=&#039;1) A bounce/pullback off support/resistance and/or a temporary consolidation around that level following a well-established trend leading up to that point. 2) A reaction low or high is a distinct point where the price of a security changed direction.&#039;&gt;reaction&lt;/abbr&gt; goes, it has been my experience that more often than not (which is far from always), the market&#039;s reaction to any news or economic report will be in the direction that the charts were already indicating (bullish or bearish).

When the charts &amp; market action is bullish, good news is good news &amp; bad news is often ignored or shrugged off quickly. If the key near-term resistance levels on the 60-minute charts that I covered in today&#039;s (Wed) video are taken out, then my guess is that the market rallies whether the GDP report comes in above or below expectations. Of course, I&#039;m referring to the lasting reaction, not any knee-jerk instant reaction that often gets faded.]]></description>
