There's nothing wrong with being both I think a lot of us are in here are short but have a short term long posit1ion. in times of bear markets the market can just drop out even when we think we are oversold I'm with randy it would be great to see a bounce but the market might be anticipating that but thebmarket might not give people a chance to reload there short positions at a higher price . So I have a long position but don't get me wrong I have long term shorts open as well you can play the long term shorts while also capitalizing on short term rallys

yeah Barrons sometimes is very much like Jim Cramer and when you go the opposite way you win. in this case maybe the article writer got lucky. who knows? in all fairness to Randy the last Ng post he did mention iwasnt a call to action yet but i was unsure about what the details of the breakout were and i may have pulled the trigger too early, again. Oh well it is a volatile mover and maybe we will get that upside trigger soon. Good luck and hopefully retirement still stays on schedule!

If we could just get everyone to go back to pilot lights! LOL … I averaged down again today … I do that when it drops at least 10% overnight. Supplies here should tighten up once Freeport gets back to full export capabilities. That is, if Europe is still a buyer by then. There was a Barron’s article when NG was over $7.00 … that guy called for $3.00 NG before it ever hits $10 again! I laughed and kept averaging down. Now at $4.00 I’m not laughing … hoping I don’t have to delay my retirement :-/

Randy any updates on Natural Gas would be appreciated. Im adding to my position counter intuitive to the current trend and the news out there about warmer winter. The charts usually dornt care about those facts but curious if positive divergences after today are still intact or burned through.
