Welcome & good question, as I can see how that might be confusing. I wear two hats; Swing trader (which are trades with holding periods typically measured in weeks or months, such as most of the official trades that are posted on the Home page for both Silver & Gold members) as well as an Active trader, which means that when market conditions are conducive (typically, when volatility is elevated), I will day trade as well as actively swing trade, meaning hold a position for maybe 1-5 days or so, and quite often going long & then short (and back to long, etc..) the same security several times in a week & quite often, several times in a day.

I strive to avoid posting or mentioning any hindsight trades (e.g.- After a big move in XZY, suddenly posting that I had a position in it that I hadn’t mentioned taking or planning to take before & then stating that I just closed it out for a big profit), as that is a pet-peeve of mine. I find that not only useless to others but just plain annoying. However, when I talk about my position in the videos, it isn’t intended to be a “follow what I’m trading” thing (as I believe it is impossible to try and follow any active trader as things move too fast) but more so to convey my thoughts on what I am expecting to happen next as well as how strong my convictions might be. For example, I stated that when I reversed from long to short on /NQ at my 7883 target, I only took a fractional (starter) position with the intention to add to it if/when the charts confirmed. That was a reflection of the fact that I was open to the possibility or likelihood of more upside before the reversal sets in (i.e.- the scenario laid out that /NQ might continue higher to form rising wedge patterns on the 60-minute charts).

Also note that the vast majority of the active trades that I do share on the site are mentioned in the trading room, as the front’home page posts are intended to be geared towards typical swing traders and investors with most active trades & day trading opportunities posted in the trading room (Gold level access only). As such, some of the trades/positions that I mention in the videos might have only been previously highlighted in the trading room.
