It does work, BUT you have to adjust your anchor point when you reach the new forecasted high. It seems to work best using anchor points (low) after long consolidations. Yes, of course it works! Why do you think we are all so amazed when the market falls right back to them.  The computers KNOW the destination in advance. No random markets here.]]></description>
