Great question & I’ve always wondered just how much stock to put into daily candles on ETFs/ETNs that track futures that trade around the clock (other than the major stock indices & to an extent, commodities that see a good amount of trading done in ETFs relative to their futures (e.g.- GLD & /GC).

At the end of the day, quite often bullish & bearish candlestick patterns on those ETFs do end up providing predictive value of a trend change but I like to be able to make a decent case to be long or short via the comparable futures contract as well.

@rstoc what are your thought on DRV? I’m alittle uncertain about the chart. When checked for divergence, would I look at the December low or the more recent March low?

Also, could you please cover the real estate market in your next video, from a macro level. There are alot of headings as buyers and sellers are giving up in.
