In reply to FSX1310. It's funny how people (especially news media) like to assign a political reason for every tick in the stock market. Last week, apparently the market was going up because of some bogus drug 99% of people had never heard of. Today's decline will given a dozen different causes which will of course be stated as "facts" by the Mockingbird Media.

It’s hard to believe after a shutdown of the economy for this long and in such large cities that there has been very little in the way of pre-announcements ahead of earnings,,WTF?
can you just imagine the pressure some of these annalists are under not to report whats really going on in some of these companies!!
a very similar thing happend back in 2000. bomb a lot of them lost their jobs and were sued after the big dive. Those firms have a fiduciary responsibility to report accurately and honestly. In reply to ds2000. on spx it didnt seem to react right on that fib. it did react at the .50 fib if you anchor from the march 3rd high. just my 2 cents
