It looks like its burning through the divergence. I lost a lot of money also. I still think the bubble will pop at some point but trying to time it is very hard. I think it is mostly too much money is short on this crazy market. So the squeeze keeps going on.

Ditto — the persistent and confident bearish outlook (suspending stops repeatedly), encouraged me to hold my short positions, which has cost me a lot.

Worth watching to see if Gold and Bonds do diverge. Perhaps countries begin to lose faith in the dollar. Printing infinity and 0% interest rates leading eventually to inflation. Historically Silver can be mega in these types of scenarios.

Take a look at put call ratio. Now more extreme than the previous top.

Hum.. seeing a pattern with Randy’s analysis. @RH says DH formed but it really plays out only after few days or weeks.

@Randy : are RSI and PPO indicators very fast! or is it because of volatility in the market?

One other thing I noticed: consecutive DH plays out better. I mean if we can see des/asc triangles on PPO or RSI its playing out better.

Yep. TLT & the 10-30 yr T-bond futures just broke down below key support they’ve been bouncing along since the surge in volatility abated back in late March. I covered TLT & /ZB in this video as well as yesterday. Both look to have more downside unless they can snap back above those support levels & soon. Thanks for pointing out those developments on the weekly chart. I also have RSI divergence on the TLT weekly put in at the March high.
