I could easily see the possibility of another 30% jump in the VIX over the next week or two, should my broad market correction scenarios play out. Of course, the two go largely hand in hand: No correction, no major spike in the VIX although at times the VIX starts to rise in anticipation of a correction before it occurs &amp; at times, even if a market drop is anticipated but fails to materialize. Either way, the bearish technical posture of the broad markets appear to be confirmed with a potentially bullish setup on the $VIX at this time.]]></description>
