We are heading into the thick of earnings season so if, on balance, the companies reporting beat estimates (as they usually do) and provide better-than-expected forward guidance, QQQ could have a little more upside left before reversing. If the &lt;abbr class=&#039;c2c-text-hover&#039; title=&#039;1) A bounce/pullback off support/resistance and/or a temporary consolidation around that level following a well-established trend leading up to that point. 2) A reaction low or high is a distinct point where the price of a security changed direction.&#039;&gt;reaction&lt;/abbr&gt; to earnings for the majority of the &lt;abbr class=&#039;c2c-text-hover&#039; title=&#039;An acronym for the 5 largest components of the Nasdaq 100 index: FB, APPL, AMZN, MSFT &#038; GOOG(L)which collectively account for nearly 1/2 of the returns of that leading index.&#039;&gt;FAAMG&lt;/abbr&gt; stocks &amp; some other market leaders is negative, a correction could come very soon.
