I went short on QQQ at the bottom of the gap around 404 and added to my shorts (double the first short position) right when it hit the top of the gap. Now if we wake up Thursday to China taking over the Nvidia manufacturing facilities in Taiwan the negative divergences should play out very nicely! Kudos to Randy for all his hard work staying on top of the QQQ.

In reply to rsotc. Might want to let everyone know UNG will complete a 1:4 reverse split on Jan. 24th. Of course you won’t find anyone mentioning it in the media. Reverse splits are never good.

QQQ reached the max target set at 409.48… good job!

I think when the market is trending up, you should go with the most bullish estimate and go other way when the trend changes.

Let us see if we get a gap down on thursday…

In reply to Mikeflegel. Might want to let the dust settle on nat gas after the recent run up. Plus, /NG hit my final max potential target (T8 at 3.393) to the button yesterday, followed immediately by a hard reversal. If you look at the charts of /NG & UNG, that is a major resistance level so nat gas is likely to chop around somewhat aimlessly for a bit while it digests the recent gains IMO.

I also posted an in-depth video analysis of the semis with my 2024 outlook a couple of weeks ago. Not much has changed in my outlook or the technical posture since then. Thx for the feedback.

I think in your daily Analysis you should include Semis as well since it weighs the highest in Nasdaq!
